Please note that the surveys below are now closed.

For the development of a Book of Worship (Updated Edition), feedback from those who use the Book of Worship is needed and encouraged. Distinct surveys are available for the following user groups:

• Conference and Association leaders (e.g. Committee on Ministry members and judicatory staff)
• Authorized Ministers
• Lay members of the UCC (including Members in Discernment)
  
• Affiliated partners and friends of UCC ministries

These online surveys will remain available on this webpage through the summer of 2026.
